Frazier Wallace

Partner

H. Frazier Wallace II joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2007. He attended the University of Baltimore School of Law and was an Associate Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review and a member of the Intellectual Property Law Journal. He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2005, the North Carolina State Bar in 2006, and the South Carolina State Bar in 2008. Frazier completed his undergraduate work at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia

Michelle Houston

David Kern

Attorney

David Kern joined the firm in 2024. He attended the UNC School of Law in Chapel Hill and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1999. David received both his bachelor’s and master’s degree in music from Brigham Young University and continued post graduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin. When not sifting through indices, David enjoys gardening, reading and playing the flute.
